1. Fees and Financial Commitment<\/strong><\/h3>

If Key to Success cancels a course or program, students may be offered a replacement course, rescheduled session, credit, or prorated refund, depending on the situation. Any refund may be subject to minor administrative fees.<\/p>

2. Course Access and Exam Preparation Materials<\/strong><\/h3>

Key to Success provides access to digital study materials, mock exams, practice questions, review resources, online sessions, and other preparation tools depending on the package selected.<\/p>

Your access to course materials remains active until your confirmed exam date, unless otherwise stated by Key to Success.<\/p>

If you do not have a confirmed exam date at the time of registration, your access may remain active until you book and complete your exam, subject to Key to Success access rules and reasonable verification requirements.<\/p>

Course access is for the registered student only. You may not share your login, course access, materials, practice questions, mock exams, videos, booklets, notes, or any other resources with another person.<\/p>

3. Mock Exams, Mini Mocks, and Attendance<\/strong><\/h3>

Attendance for scheduled mock exams, mini mock exams, live review sessions, and other required sessions may be mandatory depending on your package or program.<\/p>

If you miss a scheduled mock exam, mini mock, live session, or review session, Key to Success is not required to repeat, replay, reschedule, or compensate you for the missed session.<\/p>

If you do not attend your scheduled session, the session may be marked as completed.<\/p>

Students are responsible for checking their schedule, email, spam folder, and course announcements regularly to avoid missing important updates.<\/p>

4. Student Conduct and Professional Behaviour<\/strong><\/h3>

Students are expected to behave professionally, respectfully, and courteously toward instructors, staff, other students, and Key to Success representatives.<\/p>

Harassment, abusive language, disruptive behaviour, discrimination, threats, inappropriate conduct, or repeated failure to follow instructions may result in removal from the course or platform without refund.<\/p>

Key to Success reserves the right to remove any student who disrupts the learning environment, violates these Terms, or behaves in a way that harms the experience of other students.<\/p>

Publicly sharing false, misleading, confidential, or harmful information about Key to Success, its instructors, students, course content, or internal materials may result in immediate removal from the program without refund.<\/p>

5. Conflict of Interest<\/strong><\/h3>

By registering with Key to Success, you agree that you will not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, teach, publish, or use Key to Success materials to support any competing course, training institution, tutoring service, exam preparation center, or similar business.<\/p>

You also agree not to register for the purpose of collecting, copying, or misusing Key to Success course content, teaching methods, questions, mock exams, videos, materials, or internal resources.<\/p>

6. Intellectual Property<\/strong><\/h3>

All Key to Success materials are protected intellectual property. This includes, but is not limited to, course videos, mock exams, mini mock exams, practice questions, answer explanations, study guides, booklets, slides, worksheets, flashcards, recorded or live session content, website content, branding, logos, graphics, and designs.<\/p>

All materials are for your personal educational use only.<\/p>

You may not copy, share, sell, reproduce, distribute, upload, record, photograph, screenshot, publish, or create derivative works from Key to Success materials without written permission.<\/p>

Taking screenshots, photos, screen recordings, audio recordings, or video recordings during any Key to Success session, exam, course, or platform activity is strictly prohibited.<\/p>

Violation of this policy may result in immediate removal from the course without refund and may lead to legal action.<\/p>

7. Exam Integrity and Online Testing Security<\/strong><\/h3>

To protect the fairness and integrity of online mock exams and testing environments, Key to Success may require identity verification, webcam access, microphone access, screen monitoring, or other security measures during online exams or assessments.<\/p>

By participating in online mock exams or assessments, you agree to follow all exam rules and security requirements.<\/p>

Any cheating, copying, unauthorized assistance, impersonation, recording, sharing of questions, or violation of exam rules may result in removal from the program without refund.<\/p>

8. Identity Verification<\/strong><\/h3>

Key to Success reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. This may include government-issued identification, student information, professional profile numbers, or other reasonable documentation.<\/p>

Failure to provide requested verification may limit or prevent access to course materials, mock exams, live sessions, or other services.<\/p>

9. Communication<\/strong><\/h3>

Email is the primary method of communication for course updates, announcements, schedules, login details, policy notices, and important information.<\/p>

Students are responsible for checking their email inbox, junk folder, spam folder, and course platform regularly.<\/p>

Key to Success is not responsible for missed information due to unread emails, incorrect email addresses, full inboxes, spam filtering, or failure to check communications.<\/p>

10. No Guarantee of Exam Results<\/strong><\/h3>

Key to Success provides exam preparation support, study tools, practice resources, and educational guidance.<\/p>

However, we do not guarantee that any student will pass the NDHCE or any other exam.<\/p>

Your results depend on many factors, including your effort, attendance, study habits, prior knowledge, exam readiness, and performance on exam day.<\/p>

Testimonials, reviews, or student success stories are examples of individual experiences and do not guarantee the same outcome for every student.<\/p>

11. Website and Platform Use<\/strong><\/h3>

You agree to use the Key to Success website, learning platform, and services only for lawful educational purposes.<\/p>

You may not attempt to hack, damage, disrupt, reverse engineer, overload, scrape, copy, or misuse the website, platform, course system, payment system, or digital materials.<\/p>

Key to Success may suspend or terminate access if we believe your account is being misused or used in violation of these Terms.<\/p>

12. Changes to These Terms<\/strong><\/h3>

Key to Success may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updated versions may be posted on our website.<\/p>
