Terms and Conditions

1. Fees and Financial Commitment

By registering for a course, you enter into a legally binding financial agreement for the full course fee.

Non-Refundable:
All fees, deposits, and reservation payments are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

Withdrawal:
If you choose to withdraw from a course at any time, you remain responsible for the full cost of the program.

Provider Cancellations:
If the Provider cancels a course, you will be offered a replacement or a prorated refund (minus minor administrative fees).


2. Course Access and Exam Booking

Access Until Your Exam:
Your access to all digital course materials remains active until your specific exam date.

Flexible Booking:
If you do not have a confirmed exam date at the time of registration, you will retain access to the materials until you eventually book and complete your exam.


3. Attendance and Mock Exams

Mandatory Attendance:
Attendance for all Mocks and Mini Mocks is mandatory. Any missed session will not be repeated or replayed.

No Rescheduling:
If you do not attend your scheduled session, it will be marked as “completed” with no option for rescheduling or compensation.


4. Professional Code of Conduct

Behavior Standards:
All students must maintain a professional and courteous attitude. Harassment, disruptive behavior, or “public complaining” (online or in person) will result in immediate expulsion from the course without a refund.

Conflict of Interest:
Upon registration, you agree not to work for, be associated with, or provide services to any competing training institution or center.


5. Intellectual Property and Security

No Recording:
Taking screenshots, photos, or audio/video recordings during any session is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the course without a refund.

Copyright:
All course materials, booklets, and videos are for your personal use only. You are prohibited from sharing, selling, or reproducing any content.

Exam Integrity:
For the security of online testing, video and audio recording are required during exams to ensure a fair environment for all students.


6. Administrative Requirements

Identity Verification:
The Provider reserves the right to request government-issued ID or professional profile numbers at any time to verify your identity.

Official Communication:
Email is the primary method for all updates and announcements. It is your responsibility to check your inbox and spam folders regularly.
